Returns

Every Aether North print is made to order specifically for you. Because each item is custom-produced, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected
• Personal preference

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging

We'll work with our production partner to replace the item at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled because every print is custom made.
